Windham Advisors, LLC

Principal

Windham Advisors helps clients achieve measurable performance improvements by precisely identifying opportunities and determining the source and length of payback.  Once the opportunity is defined, a change plan is developed that combines leveraging all available technologies and information with the necessary modifications to existing business processes.  Windham can provide the technical expertise, either internally or with trusted partners for any information delivery and business intelligence requirements that may not be present at the client.  Windham prefers to work with a team of internal resources to hasten the integration and minimize the need for knowledge transfer when Windham’s role is complete.  However, Windham does have the ability to provide subject matter experts should those resources be required.
